[Legal Fees]
When you ask us for legal counseling or case processing, there are legal counseling fees, retaining fees and success fees, as legal fees.
The legal fees are decided in accordance with the method of hourly rates or lump sum fees which a customer will choose, taking into consideration the difficulty of the case.
The hourly payment is calculated by multiplying the time spent on the lawyer work by a certain hourly rate. The hourly rate of the lawyer’s remuneration is applied in consultation with the customer.
The retainer and success fees are determined in accordance with the size of disputes, the difficulty of the case, etc. The success fees are paid according to the success condition of the case under a case delegation contract or engagement agreement. In case of full failure, success fees are not charged.
A cash receipt or electronic tax invoice for the legal fees will be issued.
